QDEESSE reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By purchasing from us, the buyer agrees to abide by the listed terms and conditions. All sales are final and non-modifiable. We acknowledge and respect individuals' rights regarding personal data, including the rights of access and correction, and the company collects, uses, or discloses personal data only for lawful and legitimate purposes.

1. 订单 Order
请在付款前确保您下单的所有资料(名字/地址/电话)和商品(颜色/尺寸/件数)是正确的,一旦您已经确认订单并付款之后将没办法做任何修改。此情况将不接受退款/更换。Please ensure that all information (name/address/phone number) and details of the items (color/size/quantity) you have entered in your order are correct before making payment. Once you have confirmed the order and made the payment, no modifications can be made. Please note that refunds or exchanges will not be accepted under these circumstances.
2. 发货 DELIVERY
- 现货订单将在确认付款后的1-3的工作天内发出 (除非是特别注明预售、或补单款式)。For items in stock, orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation (unless otherwise specified for pre-orders or backordered items).
- 发货日定于周一至周五 ,不包括周末及公共假期。Shipping will occur from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- 在代购期间,我们接受在同样的电邮账号下消费 并且只能邮寄同个地址的情况下合并订单。During the daigou(preorder) period, we accept combining orders placed under the same email account and only for shipping to the same address.

3. 取货 PICK UP
- 订单准备好后会Whatsapp通知取货,请在订单准备好后的三个月内取货, 否则会直接取消订单并且不会退款。Once your order is ready, you will be notified via WhatsApp for pickup. Please ensure to collect your order within 3 months after it is ready. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your order without a refund.
4. 连线代购/补单 PREORDER
- 【预购】商品将会预计在截单日期后的4至6星期发货。[PRE] pre-order items take estimately 4-6 weeks to ship out after the cut-off date.
- 不排除因不可预计的情况下例如:运输延期/面料短缺/到货库存不足等等导致延迟到货或者缺货。There may be unforeseen circumstances such as shipping delays, fabric shortages, insufficient inventory upon arrival, etc. which could potentially result in delayed delivery or stock shortages.
- 我方有权力在不另行做通知的情况下更改到货日期。QDEESSE reserves the right to amend the date of arrival without prior notice.
- 我方不接受任何以补单日期延误的原因而取消订单。We do not accept cancellations of orders based on delays beyond the replenishment date.
- 除非商品缺货,否则我方将不会为延迟发货而提供退款。Unless the product is out of stock, we will not provide refunds for delayed shipments.
- 如果您的订单包含现货和补单/预售商品,您可以选择一起或分开发或。运费将会按照每个订单计算。If your order includes items that are in stock and items that are on pre-order, you have the option to ship them together or separately. Shipping fees will be calculated per order.
- 我方将不会发送任何有关库存到货更新的相关邮件。We will not send any emails regarding updates on stock arrivals.
5. 退换 RETURNS&EXCHANGE
- 所以商品必须符合未穿,未清洗,没有污渍,没有香水香料和清洁剂的气味的情况下才能进行更换。Therefore, items must be in unworn, unwashed, unstained condition, without perfume or detergent odors, to be eligible for exchange.
- 不接受以个人不喜欢/衣服穿的不合适或不好看/色差/可清理的污迹或不视为有缺陷的商品为退换/退款理由。No exchange / refund will be made for product that does not fit /color differ / quality or real product not up to expectation / not deemed defective.
- 我们将不对运输过程中造成的损坏负责。We will not be responsible for any damages that occur during the shipping process.
- 我们会确保所有商品在送出前都经过再三检查并包装妥当。We ensure that all items undergo thorough inspection and are properly packaged before shipping them out.
- 所有的退换条规只限于马来西亚。All return and exchange policies apply exclusively to Malaysia.

- 打折商品不予退货!Sales itmes are strictly non-returnable .
6. 被退回的包裹 BOUNCED PARCELS
- 如果您的包裹发出后没人签收导致被弹回,我们将会通过Email /Whatsapp联络您。If your package is returned to us due to no one being available to sign for it upon delivery, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.
- 重新发出包裹的运费将由顾客负责。如果被退回包裹是因为我们的失误,邮费则由我们负责。The cost of reshipping the package will be borne by the customer if it is returned due to no one being available to sign for it. However, if the package is returned due to our mistake, we will cover the shipping costs.
- 我们有权拒绝任何关于被退回包裹与新订单合拼的请求。We reserve the right to refuse any requests to combine returned packages with new orders.
- 任何无人认领的被退回包裹将会在30天的宽限期后被没收。Any unclaimed returned packages will be confiscated after a grace period of 30 days.
7. 折扣代码/优惠卷/回馈金额 DISCOUNT CODES/VOUCHERS/CREDITS
- 如果您想使用折扣代码,请确保在您确认付款前正确的输入。对于没能来得及在付款前输入折扣代码的顾客,很抱歉,我们将无法退款或取消您的订单。If you wish to use a discount code, please ensure that you enter it correctly before confirming your payment. We regret to inform you that we will not be able to refund or cancel your order if you fail to enter the discount code before completing the payment.
- 折扣代码可能会也可能不会带有有效期限。提醒您,已经过期的折扣代码将不会因为任何原因而展延。Discount codes may or may not have an expiration date. Please be reminded that expired discount codes will not be extended for any reason
- 使用折扣代码/优惠卷或回馈金额的订单不能更换和退货。Orders using discount codes/coupons or promotional credits cannot be exchanged or returned.
- 折扣代码/优惠卷/回馈金额将不能被兑换成现金。Promotional codes / vouchers / credits may not be exchanged to cash.
8. 会员积分 POINTS
注册QDEESSE账户即可通过在线购物赚取积分。
每消费1令吉,即可赚取1积分。
所赚取的积分基于您的购物金额,不包括折扣和运费。
通过商店信用支付的购物金额将不会赚取任何积分。
您的积分将在12个月后的月底到期。
不同账户的积分不能合并,也不能转让。
Registering for a QDEESSE account allows you to earn points through online shopping.
Earn 1 point for every RM1 spent.
Points are earned based on your purchase amount, excluding discounts and shipping fees.
Purchases paid with store credit will not earn any points.
Your points will expire at the end of the month following a 12-month period.
Points from different accounts cannot be combined or transferred.
