How long does it normally takes to ship out items once payment is made? 付款后通常需要多长时间才能发货？
We process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 48 hours, except for item(s) under [PRE] pre-order. Pre-order items usually take approximately 3-6 weeks to arrive and will ship thereafter. However, the estimated time for backorder items are not guaranteed. 我们会在收到您的订单后的24小时内进行处理，并在接下来的48小时内发货，除了预购（[PRE]）商品。预购商品通常需要大约3-6周到货，随后将发货。然而，回订商品的预计时间并不保证。
If you wish to receive your ready stock item upfront, you may contact us via Facebook or Instagram to arrange for the delivery. Extra postal charges will applied if you wish to deliver the items separately. 如果您希望先收到现货商品，您可以通过Facebook或Instagram联系我们安排送货。如果您希望分开送货，额外的邮寄费用将会产生。
Can I request for my ready stock items to be shipped first? 我可以要求先发运现货商品吗？
If your order consists of both ready stock & backorder items and you'd like to receive your ready stock items first, do direct message us on Facebook or Instagram to arrange. A separate postage fee will be incurred and the postage charges are to be borne by customers. 如果您的订单包含现货和回订商品，并且希望先收到现货商品，请通过Facebook或Instagram直接私信我们安排。分开送货将产生额外的邮寄费用，邮寄费用由顾客承担。
What if my parcel goes missing? 如果我的包裹丢失了怎么办？
Once parcel is shipped from our side, the liability of the parcel lies with the courier service and we are not responsible for any lost of parcel. 一旦包裹从我们这里寄出，责任转移至快递服务，我们对包裹丢失不承担责任。
