• Do note that Thailand preorder takes 3-4 weeks to arrive and China preorder takes 4-6 weeks to arrive.

Example: You placed an order on 1st July, but the cut-off date for Thailand preorder is 4th July. Therefore, we will ship your order within 3-4 weeks starting from the cut-off date.

If you ordered “in-stock item(s)” during our daigou(preorder) period. Do DM us after you ordered on the website.

If other in-stock item(s) are placed together with pre-order item(s) in the same order, all items will only be fulfilled when the preorder item arrives. If you would like your in-stock item(s) to be dispatched first, kindly opt for a separate preorder shipping at checkout.
